Booking is simple! A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and time, and the remaining balance is due 8 days before your picnic. Contact us to confirm your reservation, and we’ll take care of the rest.
At Picnic in the Garden, we keep a close eye on the forecast as your special day approaches. If light rain is expected, we’ll adjust our setup time to ensure everything is ready once the skies clear. For severe weather, we’ll reschedule your picnic to the earliest available date that works for you, giving your booking top priority.
We understand that plans change. While we don’t offer refunds, we’ll credit your deposit toward a future picnic if you let us know at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event or no-shows unfortunately won’t receive a credit.
Every Picnic in the Garden experience includes a two-hour rental as part of our standard package. If you'd like to extend your time, additional hours can be added in 30- or 60-minute increments for a small fee. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make it happen!
